Terms of Service

By accessing or using LeryVote, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

LeryVote is a technology platform owned by Lerynova Technologies that enables users to create and manage voting-based events. Lerynova acts strictly as a technology service provider and does not organize, sponsor, supervise, or validate any event. Event organizers are solely responsible for all event content, nominees, and results.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Ghana, including but not limited to criminal laws, cybercrime laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, electronic transactions laws, and the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the LeryVote platform, including the creation, promotion, management, and participation in events, is lawful and authorized. This includes obtaining any required permissions, licenses, or approvals related to their events or activities.

Lerynova Technologies does not monitor, verify, or validate the legality of user activities or events hosted on the platform and shall not be held liable for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized actions carried out by users or event organizers.

Lerynova Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform, restrict features, or cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of applicable laws.

• Ensure Accuracy: Users are responsible for reviewing all vote selections, nomination forms, and payment details before submission. Once submitted, all votes and transactions are final and binding.
• No Refunds for User Errors: Accidental over-voting, incorrect entries, or other mistakes made by users do not qualify for refunds.
• Platform Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or misuse the platform, including fraudulent voting, vote tampering, multiple unauthorized accounts, or unauthorized access, may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. Lerynova reserves the right to take legal action.
• Dispute Resolution: Users must resolve disputes directly with the event organizer via platform channels. Lerynova is not liable for disputes between users and organizers or financial discrepancies.
• Compliance: Users must follow all platform rules, event guidelines, and organizer instructions. Non-compliance may result in restricted access, vote invalidation, or account termination.
• Account Security: Users must secure their credentials. Lerynova is not responsible for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
• Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not post harmful, misleading, or offensive content, impersonate others, or disrupt the platform. Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
• Acceptance of Terms: By using LeryVote, users acknowledge all responsibilities and agree that Lerynova does not guarantee refunds, outcomes, or event integrity beyond facilitating the platform.

All paid votes, nomination forms, and other transactions on LeryVote are processed directly through the event organizer’s designated payment account using secure third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Paystack. Lerynova Technologies acts solely as a technology intermediary and does not receive, hold, control, or process user funds.

Users acknowledge and agree that all payment transactions are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable third-party payment provider and the event organizer. Lerynova Technologies is not responsible for payment failures, delayed confirmations, charge reversals, telecom or network outages, bank errors, mobile money issues, or service interruptions beyond its control.

Users are solely responsible for entering accurate payment details, vote quantities, and transaction information before completing a payment. Payments made using incorrect details, wrong amounts, or unintended vote quantities are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where a proven platform-related technical error has occurred.

In the event of a refund request arising from a confirmed platform malfunction or duplicate charge caused directly by the LeryVote system, any refund decision and execution shall be the sole responsibility of the event organizer and/or the third-party payment provider. Lerynova Technologies may assist in facilitating communication but shall not be liable for issuing or guaranteeing refunds.

By using the platform, users expressly release Lerynova Technologies from any claims, losses, or disputes arising from payment errors, user mistakes, organizer actions, or third-party payment service operations.

Refunds are managed solely by event organizers. Lerynova facilitates communication in cases of platform errors (e.g., duplicate charges or technical failures) but is not liable for refunds. Refund requests must include proof of transaction and be submitted within 7 days. Event organizers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of events, nominees, and results. Lerynova does not verify event outcomes and is not responsible for user-generated content.

All software, branding, logos, and content on LeryVote are owned by Lerynova Technologies. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform materials without permission.

The platform is provided “as is.” Lerynova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of LeryVote.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lerynova Technologies, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ghanaian courts.
