1. What is LeryVote? +

LeryVote is an online voting platform that allows organizers to create secure, transparent, and easy-to-manage voting events for nominees and participants.

2. How do I participate in voting? +

Search for the nominee, select the number of votes you wish to cast, proceed to payment via our secure system, and once payment is confirmed, your votes are recorded.

3. Can I vote multiple times? +

You can vote multiple times in events that allow it, including paid votes. All multiple voting rules are set by the event organizer and clearly displayed during the voting process.

4. How are my votes secured? +

All votes are encrypted and securely stored. Our system ensures votes are counted accurately and protected against tampering or manipulation.

5. How does payment work? +

Payments for paid voting events are processed through Paystack, which is a trusted third-party payment provider. LeryVote does not store your financial information. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

6. Can I get a refund? +

Lerynova Technologies is a platform that enables organizers to host voting events. Payments for voting go directly to the event organizer via Paystack, not to Lerynova. Refunds are therefore managed by the event organizer.

  • For payment or voting issues, contact the organizer directly.
  • Lerynova may assist in facilitating communication with the organizer in case of errors, but cannot issue refunds from its own account.
  • Refund requests for technical issues (e.g., duplicate charges due to platform errors) should be submitted within 7 days with proof of payment. The organizer and Paystack will handle the refund.

7. How are disputes handled? +

All disputes are reviewed by the LeryVote support team. Decisions are based on transaction records and platform logs. LeryVote's decision is final and binding.

8. Who can create events? +

Any registered user can create events using LeryVote, subject to acceptance of our Terms of Service. Organizers are responsible for event content, categories, nominee eligibility, and compliance with local laws.

9. Is my personal data safe? +

Yes. LeryVote follows industry-standard security practices to protect your personal and voting information. Your data is used only for platform operations, event management, and communication in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Are there age restrictions? +

Participants under 13 require parental consent. LeryVote handles minor data with extra care and only for event administration purposes.

11. Can I edit or delete my account? +

Yes. You can request account closure or data deletion by contacting support. Certain information required for record-keeping may be retained in accordance with our policies and local laws.

12. What if I notice suspicious activity? +

Report any suspicious activity immediately to support@lerynovatechnologies.com. LeryVote may suspend or block accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
